After the contracts have been signed with our sales department, the customer will be transferred and you will take care of the further onboarding process. You will be in regular contact with the customer, and together with our project manager Shair and our developers, you will make sure that the roll-out to a customer runs smoothly.

You ensure that the system is configured, tested and delivered according to scope. Together with the customer you work out the best route to achieve a stable technical solution. For small customers, this usually starts with setting up the product import module. For larger customers, an integration with an ERP will be made. You will take on a proactive and coordinating role in this process. Next, you will help customers set up their accounts and configure an optimal workflow. You have close contact with al parties involved and you ensure that everyting runs smoothly. Once everything is running satisfactorily, you support the client with questions about the use of KatanaPIM.

Tritac is continuously improving processes, software and systems. You like to think along with them and come up with ideas. You act as the voice of the customer and your initiatives to further improve our customer satisfaction are highly appreciated within our team.

We develop on the basis of SCRUM and work with C#, ASP.NET MVC, MS SQL and React.

• You have an HBO level of work and thinking.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a position where you combine your technical and project management skills.
• You have affinity with technology and you are familiar with data formats such as XML, CSV and JSON. Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• You are smart, proactive and able to switch between different activities and customer projects.
• You have an affinity with technology and know how the internet works.
• You are fluent both verbally and written in both Dutch and English
• You enjoy communicating with customers and are a team player.
• Our clients do not all have the same knowledge of technology, so you are able to adapt your conversation to the client's level of knowledge.
• You are able to quickly analyse customer issues and determine which colleague can best solve a problem.
• You like to work on improving our documentation (including videos and our wiki) to make the onboarding process quicker and easier.
