2. KatanaPIM sends product information to Fozzels

Through the integration, KatanaPIM automatically sends relevant product attributes and photos to Fozzels. These form the foundation for AI content creation.

3. You (or your team) define the content goal

Inside Fozzels, you set up a content prompt. This acts as the "brief" for ChatGPT. You can define tone, structure, language, length, or even reuse pre-configured templates. Need help? KatanaPIM or our partners can assist.

4. Fozzels sends the instruction to ChatGPT

Fozzels combines your product data and prompt to send a clear instruction to ChatGPT, telling it what kind of content to create, how it should sound, and which details to include or avoid.

5. ChatGPT generates the content

Using the prompt and product data, ChatGPT generates a complete piece of content, whether it’s a product description, SEO copy, a bullet list of specs, or more. It can even include styling tips or FAQ suggestions.

6. Fozzels sends the content back

The generated content is returned to Fozzels, where it's either approved automatically or reviewed by your team.

7. Final content goes back into KatanaPIM

Once finalized, the new content is pushed directly into your KatanaPIM product fields, ready to be published across your sales channels.
